I have read other books by Wink, which are generally not easy to read, but still highly engaging. And even Akamatsu acknowledges the absurdity of this, by having a flustered Negi splutter, "Boy, any excuse" if the girls strip.
The Library Island story is perhaps the best here -- it has action, humour and it shows how attached Asuna is becoming to Negi. Jeremy's guitar is mentioned, there is a song at a political rally, but the only real sense of music is at an "Emajian" church, which comes off as a revival meeting. I looked in it but it was empty. There was a large chart that illustrated the different lettering, I found this item alone worth the price offered.
ALso, the gold leaf was new and unused.
THe item is a large hardcover box and when it opens up up it reviels ink, bamboo nib, roll of parchment 7 nibs, 2 tubs of acrilic paints (mine had dryed up) no problem. My daughter is only one year old, and she is captivated by this book that I am sure will stay a favor
