Our Inspirational book group read it and we all liked it.. I absolutely loved this book. after losing over 30 lbs., I wrote and just hoped it kept going, now I know it does.. He uses pounds (force) rather than slugs, pound-mass (mass) or kg. It's not a bad book, but it seems like I didn't need a whole book to get this information. Good so far. And, finding out that it is something that we can contol ourselves without having to rely on visits to the doctor and pharmecy for medication.
My wife has tried many 'approved diets' over the years and none of them worked. Also included are lesser-known vehicle makes and models, like the Frazer, the Hupmobile and the Henry J, as well as light domestic trucks and even imports. Maybe a thorough read will make it more clear. There is a great section in the back of the book on each of the flours, sweeteners and various ingredients that is very helpful. However, resisting Adder is harder than Kalil ever imagined.
