Volume 1 of the 2 volume novel, Asenath and Our Song of Songs, shares scenes from the life of Shirah Shulamit Ojero, an African American Jewish girl and woman, growing up in Washington, DC. The first section discusses the superfood diet. But in this CD, and the other one (Mirrors) I felt rushed by Dr. when the time happens. Outstanding! This is a great version of the Holy Bible as it gives more of the intent behind the original languages. I loved it! It was quite an amazing and dramatic story! So, I would like to remember this for five stars
