This is a great book for both a yourng reader early in their studies of military history and an avid collector. Everything is okay. The first entry describes/illustrates a War chariot of Ramses II circa 1288 BC. Digital edition is defective with several equations missing key symbols making the digital book almost useless.. Not as good as the Inside Rome or Inside Paris but still worth your time. Great pricing and a great book, glad I have a copy. Each entry gets a two-page write-up with an accompanying color artwork by Angus McBride, John Pohl, Michael Johnson and other artists.
