That said, it's a light, happy little read, and although the period of angst and separation is pretty long for the CHARACTERS, we readers have to suffer through only a couple of chapters before the guys are back together.. But the story here encapsulates the tragedy of what's happened to a spirit of adventure and creativity and integrity in broadcasting over the past four decades. I count this book among the most useful and revisited books that I own (along with "Real-Time Rendering" by Akenine-Moller & Haines). The combination was totally combustible! I love reading vamp stories and this one is definitely a keeper. This book Is divided into 3 sections, Superfoods, Quinoa and Diabetics. Effective therapy sessions involve a lot of talking from the patient. And it's easy. I can still remember moments and highlights from the early days, like one late night when a DJ whose identity I can't recall was creating this crazy sound collage that flowed on for some forty minutes interspersing the
