On the front of the card is just the note, but on the back, on a far more basic level is the note in the staff with the letter name of the note in the quarter note bubble. I struggled to find a lot in the book that could be related to the average person's business. There is no large ripple effect throughout the community. I find that when folks finally “get it,” then they become comfortable with meditation. Weiss's books and I love them and I HIGHLY recommend them. The reader is encouraged to search for new and better algorithms, since the current theories on information and compression do not describe specific solutions to data compression. I enjoyed the book immensely. At the time, Amazon had several types of products in this area. When it was new I found that while I wasn't having success "being there" in the mediation, and I wasn't seeing a darn thing on the big life "screen" (I wasn't deep enough for that kind of question/answer exchange--plus, I never had any legit qu
