On the other hand if you want to know the inside story on someone who had a tremendous influence on automotive history, then read this book. I my opinion a good overview of winding but not really worth the high price tag. Quinoa is also much more nutritious than the average grain. Sure, they are disguised as Agave, Palm Sugar and Maple Syrup, but these are all just different forms of Sugar. The only question is whether or not you love junk better than health.. I count this book among the most useful and revisited books that I own (along with "Real-Time Rendering" by Akenine-Moller & Haines). Smart People Don't Diet is just the affirmation I needed to feel like I'm finally on the right track. You *must* own this book, and for $9.99 for the Kindle version (which you can read for free on your PC by downloading their Kindle eReader software) it's an absolute steal.
