This book discusses three similar diets. Shuler was instrumental in the founding of the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America and has many vintage restorations to his credit. The concepts are in language I understand. The first part of the book has photos of a lot of celebrities that he has dressed, and one thing I noticed is that most of their outfits are corseted.
