I have not been able to tolerate the taste of bean flour in most other recipes (or its effects on my tummy if I eat too much). I've known for years that my thoughts race. Maybe a thorough read will make it more clear. An excellent "written picture" of some to the things people with bipolar issues have to deal and cope with. While not everyone knows the name of John Newton, everyone knows his song and at least a bit of his story. I strongly disagree with that statement and I think you will find many people doing excellent work with cameras such as that and not just $4,000 and up cameras. I've been gluten free for about 6 years. I'm looking forward to reading more about the characters and groups formed in this trilogy in the next book. Meditation helps us study the often unconscious habitual patterns our minds fall into, so that we can see those things happening as they happen and, ultimately, before they happen.
