Editorial : About the Author Elise Moss has worked for the past twenty years as a mechanical designer in Silicon Valley, primarily creating sheet metal designs. The plastic was so misconstructed that things would not "snap" in properly, the knobs would not fit through the holes, etc. This book discusses the many benefits of Quinoa before providing a number of tasty recipes containing this superfood.
The last section of this book provides recipes that are specifically formulated for diabetics. We are to share with our children and our children’s children. Vague, I know.
I can honestly say that I have read this novel several times and each time I take away a different message. Informative. I like my body and want to show it off to the best advantage, and this book promises to tell you how to do it. The story, while not exactly getting any deeper into the plot than what it did in the first volume, was delightful and just as funny as it was in volume one. I was able to bookmark and highlight the parts I could teach and have it on my iPad and Kindle software and teach the classes. I truly enjoyed this series of three boo
