Miller understands that many readers of this book may not be the most intellectually gifted, financially stable individuals to roam the earth. If you are looking for terminology, look them up on the internet. We did not require our class members to buy the book but have been pleasantly surprised that most have decided to do so. Borman narrates the political life of the extraordinary (and unlikely) commoner who was decisive in re-shaping the English state and its religious institutions under Henry VIII. So was I. Moreover, the character of Nikii isn't that great, so it was hard to root for her. One for the collection!. It arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I was expecting!. Even Kalil finds him a little trying at times: he refers to Adder at one point as an "annoying, melodramatic man-child with an ego the size of China."
- Kalil was also rather difficult for me to like. I had read the two books just previous to this one from the library's collection, but they did not
