UPDATE 05/20/2007: After reading this book and putting some of the pointers to work, I now have sports images published all over the world, including a book cover for Danica Patrick. When the band needs a new drummer his band mates brings Kalil on board. My meditation practice has been spotty (at best). You don't have to be Buddhist or even spiritual to get something out of this book and out of meditation. This will inevitably fail and you will find yourself drifting and have to re-focus your attention. From camera settings to editing. Interesting idea, though in the end didn't quite grab me.. I bought three of Dr. So.this is a long posting, I know, but this CD is a useful tool and even though it isn't "perfect", I still recommend it!
