Managers and company executives need to look over their business with a new critical gaze, possibly changing assumptions and once-working models and structures; trying to second-guess competitive threats, disruptive changes and really anything that can knock the business off its pedestal. I particularly wanted to see Adder get rebuffed a more times (rather than simply hearing about it) so that I had some insight into why Kalil's resistance to Adder's advances drives Adder so crazy.
Overall comments: I'm a pretty big fan of Ally Blue, but this simply isn't one of my favorite stories by her.
